What We Need:iHeartMedia has an incredibly rare opening for an experienced Director of Marketing and Promotions. The position will be responsible for developing, planning, and directing all marketing and promotions efforts.

What You'll Do:

Overseeing marketing and promotions department. Evaluating and developing our marketing and promotion strategy and plan.

Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing and promotions efforts. Communicating the marketing and promotions plan. Researching competitors to stay current.

Working with both the sales and programming teams to develop successful strategies and campaigns.

Collaborating with leadership to make high-level decisions regarding the direction of the brands.

Creating and maintaining a successful brand and image that attracts listeners. Developing and managing budgets as well as advertising campaigns.

Building brand awareness and positioning. Supporting sales and programming efforts.

Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

Organizing major events.

Overseeing and managing all activities related to iHeartLife.

Help brainstorm and create social media and digital strategy.

Create, grow, and maintain email databases. Recap events and promotions once completed.

What You'll Need:

6-10 years of Proven Experience in marketing and promotions including running a successful team.

Proven marketing campaign experience.

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Strong copywriting skills.

Attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage budgets.

Professional and proactive work ethic.

High competence in project and stakeholder management.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing preferred.
