Work with the Co-Executive Director, Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a multi-faceted social media strategy for promoting OLLI at DU including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Design social media posts and analyze engagement.Participate in the analysis of past class registrations and membership renewal to predict future behavior of OLLI at DU members.Assist in the design and development of member and facilitator surveys, assembling both quantitative and qualitative data to be used in decision making about program enhancements.Work with the Co-Executive Director, Marketing and Communications to develop a brand awareness campaign, including marketing plans to support market-specific expansion for OLLI at DU.Assist in evaluating and updating OLLI’s website to improve functionality and ease-of-access for OLLI members.Participate in the work of the OLLI on the Move initiative, including identifying and tracking prospective senior communities, program participation and facilitator availability.Assist in developing branding guidelines for OLLI at DU including branded communication templates for member outreach and engagement.Benchmark against other successful OLLI programs nationwide to ensure we are on the right track.Communications

Participate in an audit of OLLI at DU’s current communications plan for both current and prospective members.Provide guidance to our staff on identifying audiences, messaging, community sponsorships.Using the data generated by member and facilitator surveys, provide input on ways to implement iterative improvements to our communications and marketing efforts.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledgeable about social media marketing, building brand awareness and marketing data analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Personable; ability to interact well with a variety of people; able to anticipate needs.Experience with Office 365.Required Qualifications

Pursuing an advanced degree in marketing.Must have a work study award.Work Environment

OLLI at DU office is located at 2211 S Josephine Street, Denver, CO 80208 (most meetings will be on Zoom).Standard office environment with unexpected interruptions occurring often, and a low stress level.Noise level is quiet to moderate.Physical Activities

Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.Occasionally required to move about the office.Hours
