Support in the day-to-day operations of data maintenance using our Enrollment division’s CRM Slate by Technolutions, including creating events, emails, reports, and data clean-up.Capture media on campus for current and future projects as well as asset development.Attend university events a few times a month to capture media for projects.Assist with afternoon or evening call campaigns to various audiences throughout the admission cycle.Assist other division staff members when needed.Assist in seasonal departmental events to recruit and yield our next class of students at DU.Ensure that the division follows new University brand standards accurately, including auditing fonts, color codes, communication signatures, and email templates.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Adherence to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) policies and DU privacy policies regarding confidential student information and any other Personal Identifiable Information (PII).Takes initiative, follows through on assignments, and is reliable.Ability to work independently and occasionally remotely.Comfortable editing, creating, and curating engaging media content using appropriate images, captions, and sounds.Attention to detail when categorizing and reviewing digital and/or print materials.Comfortable engaging with an audience through digital media professionally and representing DU as a brand ambassador.Required Qualifications

Be a current DU undergraduate or graduate student enrolled for the 2024-2025 academic year.Live in the Denver metro area or within a 25-mile driving distance.Be an eligible work-study awardee, as determined by the Financial Aid Office.Interested in learning more about the admission process in the higher education setting.Available for 7-10 hours a week (5-7 hours in-person and 2-3 hybrid/remote).Preferred Qualifications

Ability to comfortably navigate computers and social media platforms.Will be working in-person shifts in University Hall - 1st floor.Option to listen to music or podcasts during certain tasks with headphones.Welcomed to bring snacks and eat while they work.Opportunity to complete homework after regular duties.Dress code can range from business casual for office work and some events to casual for data maintenance tasks.Opportunity to build relationships with faculty and staff in a collaborative work environment.Physical Activities

There are times when students will lift and transport items weighing up to 20 lb., with the use of additional equipment.
