Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a
Regional Director of Marketing
to oversee management of our Indiana & Ohio Communities!
Responsibilities:
Partner with Community leadership on marketing and sales for Ohio Communities.
Lead the Community marketing and sales program, implementing creative and effective strategies to achieve optimal resident occupancy.
Form and foster relationships with local community professionals to maximize referral sources and opportunities for collaboration.
Coordinate, develop, and maintain a marketing and sales program; developing leads, utilizing various marketing techniques, and advertising efforts.
Oversee a range of marketing channels, including paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach methods to engage residents and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will be a professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated marketing/sales experience.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience including multi-site management experience and/or Assisted Living Community leadership.
Certified Marketing professional preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, & Outlook required. Experience with marketing systems, such as Sherpa, is a plus.
Prior experience in developing and coordinating marketing and sales activities for Assisted/Supportive Living.
