POSITION OVERVIEW

Kids Camp by Burn Bootcamp is a vibrant fitness and recreational organization committed to enhancing the well-being of our community. We offer a wide range of programs and classes aimed at promoting health, fitness, and fun. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer/Marketing Lead to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Trainer/Marketing Lead with a passion for working with children to manage our community and social media marketing efforts, lead training sessions, and handle front desk duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our visibility, engaging with our community, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. A fun, upbeat attitude is essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Marketing:

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote our programs and services within the community. Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.

Social Media Marketing:

Manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers. Track and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Training:

Conduct fitness training sessions and classes for children that are safe, effective, and enjoyable for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Front Desk Duties:

Welcome members and guests, handle inquiries, process memberships and class registrations, and manage phone and email communications.

Event Planning:

Organize and promote special events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract new members and retain current ones.

Customer Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with members and the community, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Marketing Materials:

Create and distribute flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials to keep the community informed about our offerings.

Reporting:

Track and report on marketing campaign performance, membership growth, and customer feedback to inform future strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the fitness or recreational industry.

Previous experience working with children.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in conducting fitness training sessions and classes.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using marketing and membership management software.

Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for community engagement.

Fun, upbeat attitude and ability to motivate children.
