Role: Tradeshow and Event Coordinator
Primary Skills: Project Coordination
Role Description:
As a
Tradeshow and Event Coordinator , you must have at least 1-3 years of experience. In this role, you will assist the Brand Experience team in planning meetings and industry tradeshow and/or conference initiatives.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Brand Experience Managers and engage with internal product marketing teams and other internal departments through the planning and execution phases.
Be a flexible, deadline-driven professional with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and drive daily project management.
Participate in coordination of tradeshow-related logistics including pre-planning (e.g., exhibitor badges, show services, marketing materials, accommodations, transportation, shipping) and post-show survey deployment and analysis.
Assist in executing all logistical details necessary to successfully plan meetings and events such as sales training, advisory board meetings, sales team POAs, and faculty forum meetings.
Assist with managing budgets and tracking costs, as they are committed, and processing purchase requisitions per show and/or event.
Support the Brand Experience team with other related duties as needed.
Education:
H.S Diploma or some College
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience
Relocation:
This position will not cover relocation expenses
