You will forge relationships with existing and new banks and be the main point of communication between the company and its banking partners. You will also track all signers and work with legal to keep necessary banking resolutions up to date for all global bank accounts. Additionally, you will field and research inquiries from banks for know your customer (KYC) and compliance purposes, and lead a team of two Bank Relationship Analysts in North America and Europe.What you’ll do:Oversee & complete incoming bank inquiries & requests, including: Account openings, KYC, Compliance, Signor updates, and other administrative requirements.Pipeline/Workflow coordination and prioritization.Team management & leadership to maximize efficiencies with deliverable dates/SLAs.Collaborate with internal departments, such as cash management, legal, compliance, credit, sales, and product.Proactive prioritization of tasks in alignment with strategic Corporate & Treasury objectives.Relationship building with Banking Partners to ensure good standing and alliance.Stay current on new company product offerings and effectively plan for timely implementation of account changes.Support daily treasury operations including Cash Management, FX, and Capital Markets.Engage in development of team best practices and standardizations.Provide valuable insight on European business processes to align team priorities and mitigate risks.What we’re looking for:Management experience – 2+ years’ experience leading a team.Strong organizational skills.Treasury Management Systems – Kyriba a plus.Knowledge of the nuances of foreign banking partners.3-5+ years professional experience working with Banks/Financial Institutions on account openings, KYC, and maintaining network relationships.Why you will love working here:Flexible Remote First Flexibility.Generous PTO.13 Paid Holidays.Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance.Life, Disability and other benefits.401K with competitive Employer Match.Community Service Days.Generous parental leave.Anticipated Base Pay:
