Associate Technical Account ManagerIrving, TXYardi is seeking individuals whocombine a strong technical aptitude with a customer-service mindset to join ourGlobal Solutions Team as an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM). Yourrole as an ATAM will involve providing technical support for a wide range ofYardi's software solutions, which are designed to meet the unique needs ofdifferent real estate markets across the globe. You will play a key role inresolving software issues over email and phone and collaborating closely with clients.Your ability to combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approachwill be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and driving theirsuccess with Yardi's solutions.
What You'll Do:*Utilize your problem-solving skillsto effectively troubleshoot application issues, proactively addressingchallenges and finding effective solutions.*Provide exceptional customer supportduring product implementations and software upgrades, ensuring a smooth andseamless experience.*Follow up on any issues that requireadditional research or information from clients, ensuring thorough and timelyresolution.*Prepare detailed write-ups forescalated issues, documenting cases and creating comprehensive documentationfor issue resolution.*Foster strong relationships withcustomers, conducting coordinated weekly calls to facilitate setups andmaintain ongoing connections.*Collaborate closely with GlobalSolutions team members across the US, actively contributing to the collectivesuccess of the team.WhoYou Are:*Bachelor's degree in Business,Accounting, Finance, or a related field.*A passion for numbers and stronganalytical skills.*High proficiency in troubleshootingand providing remote support over email and phone, effectively assistingcustomers.*Outstanding customer service skillswith a genuine desire to exceed expectations and ensure client satisfaction.*Excellent attention to detail and adiligent approach to following processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency inyour work.*Flexibility and the ability to adaptto changing priorities, efficiently managing tasks and projects.Ideal to have:*Knowledge of accounting principles,which will enhance your understanding and ability to address client inquiriesrelated to financial processes.*SQL Server and web Server knowledge.*Previous experience in technicalsupport and application troubleshooting, providing you with a strong foundationfor this role.Real Estate runs on Yardi.
