What You'll Do:*Provide exceptional customer supportduring product implementations and go-live processes, ensuring a smooth andseamless experience for clients.*Utilize your problem-solving skillsto effectively troubleshoot application issues, proactively addressingchallenges and finding effective solutions.*Follow up on any issues that requireadditional research or information from clients, ensuring thorough and timelyresolution.*Prepare detailed write-ups forescalated issues, documenting cases and creating comprehensive documentationfor issue resolution.*Foster strong relationships withcustomers, conducting coordinated weekly calls to facilitate setups andmaintain ongoing connections.*Collaborate closely with PublicHousing team members across the US, actively contributing to the collectivesuccess of the team.WhoYou Are:*High comfort level withtroubleshooting and providing live support over phone and email, effectivelyassisting customers remotely.*Outstanding written and verbalcommunication skills, enabling you to provide exceptional support to customers.*Strong customer service skills and agenuine desire to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.*Excellent attention to detail andthe ability to follow processes diligently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.*Flexibility and the ability to adaptto changing priorities, ensuring efficient management of tasks and projects.Ideal to have :*Bachelor's degree in Business,Public Administration, Psychology, or related field.*Knowledge of accounting principles,which will enhance your understanding and ability to address client inquiriesrelated to financial processes.*Previous experience in technicalsupport and application troubleshooting, providing you with a strong foundationfor this role.*Previous experience working in thePublic Housing sector.Real Estate runs on Yardi.
