(Preference for Eastern Time Zone)Type: Long Term Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire in 1-2 Years)About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist Business Partner on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in global recruiting efforts, with a specific focus on supporting managers in Europe and the East Coast of the United States. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and possess extensive experience in full-cycle sourcing and recruiting, particularly within the pharmaceuticals, biotech, and life sciences industries.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of high-level positions globally.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise and guidance on recruitment strategies.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceuticals, biotech, and life sciences sectors.Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless process.Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and track candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and successful onboarding of new employees.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Requirements:Bilingual in French and English.At least 5-7 years of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals, biotech, and/or life sciences industries.Proven experience in product launch recruiting.Strong understanding of global recruiting practices and ability to support managers in different regions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.Familiarity with European and East Coast job markets.Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.If you are a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for global recruiting and the life sciences industry and are proficient in French, we encourage you to apply.How to Apply:Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and why you are a good fit for this position.Pay Details:
