Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic TA team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of recruitment experience, and passion for sourcing top talent! A commitment to supporting our mission of providing high-quality care for seniors. Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our senior communities.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including the use of social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools.Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with the hiring leaders to continually improve recruitment practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or senior care environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required.Why Join Trinity Health Senior Communities?
