By implementing effective recruitment strategies, building robust candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, this role is integral to our success. VOANS serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.Salary : $65-$70KThis position will be fully remote, with occasional travel (10%).

Benefits Highlights:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance as well as other benefits available403(b) Retirement PlanEmployee Discount Program (car rental, wireless carriers, travel, uniforms, etc.)Travel and mileage reimbursementCareer scholarshipsQuality training, continuing career education and leadership programsPaid Time OffRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years), such as recruitment, human resources, or related field.Minimum of one-year experience as a Healthcare Recruiter.Willingness to travel in-state/out of state occasionally for Training, Job Fairs, and/or Corporate meetings.Essential Functions/areas of Accountability:Train and develop hiring managers on the recruitment strategies and processes to achieve recruiting objectives.Ensure pro-active partnership with Operations and Human Resources to meet or exceed recruiting objectives.Develop geographically specific, pro-active and non-traditional recruitment strategies for nurses and CNA’s to achieve hiring goals within budget expectations (direct mail, classifieds, employee referral, University Recruitment, relocation recruitment, etc.).Participate in the development, training and maintenance of recruitment and retention plan for assigned communities.Partner with Human Resource Representative or designee to identify and problem solve to overcome recruiting/retention obstacles in the areas of turnover, market conditions, management challenges and specific issues.Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor, on time and within budget.Timely and accurate management of applicant database, with coordinating reporting requirements as outlined by Director of Talent Acquisitions.Take pride in helping others, and join us today!At VOANS, we celebrate sharing, encouraging and embracing diversity.
