This position is located in Elkhart, Indiana.Market open positions via the company’s career page and external job boardsSource candidates utilizing social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, etc.Engage with active and passive talent and connect them to current job opportunitiesPrescreen candidates via phone, Teams, and/or in-person interviewsEvaluate applicants and submit top candidates for hiring manager reviewSchedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholdersAnticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates to fill vacanciesPartner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate “must haves” that align with job description; identify competency questions for interview consistency and qualityCommunicate with interview panels to ensure preparedness during the interview processWork closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedbackProvide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiting staffManage the company’s profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent-related websitesBuild awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels such as Facebook or TwitterWork with marketing to develop advertisement materials, such as flyers, digital media, and promotional productsBuild and maintain positive relationships with colleges, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in TA processesManage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process with regular communicationsPerform research to evaluate the general needs and opinions of talentDraft and utilize templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, interview requests, rejection emails, and offer lettersWork to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practicesOversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiativesEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, requiredAt least two (2) years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tacticsAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of rolesProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativeExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentProficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems, preferred Paylocity experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareBenefit Highlights:Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Disability Insurance (STD/LTD)401 (k) with company matchPTO with Floating HolidaysPaid maternity/paternity leaveTuition AssistanceMembership Reimbursement (Wholesale Club and Gym)Group Rate Insurance Discounts (Pet, Home, and Auto)Dometic is passionate about building together an inclusive and equitable working environment, that respects individual strengths, views, and experiences.
