Key Objectives:
Manage the existing private label brand and achieve double-digit year-over-year growth
Launch the new private label RV brand
Develop and implement an online sales and fulfillment strategy
Achieve specified sales targets and market penetration within the first year
Ensure operational efficiency in online fulfillment and delivery to customers' homes
Successfully rebrand the existing private label
Develop and implement a strategy for model year changes with product updates
Ensure dealership sales remain strong, and work with store leadership to develop a merchandising strategy
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the private label
Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive online and in-person sales
Collaborate with logistics and IT teams to set up an efficient fulfillment process
Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed
Lead a cross-functional team to ensure seamless operations and customer experience
Oversee the rebranding of the existing private label
Develop and implement strategies for model year changes with product updates
Work closely with dealership leadership to ensure in-person sales are supported with strong merchandising strategies
Competencies and Skills:
Proven experience in brand management, particularly in launching new products
Strong understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sales strategies
Expertise in online marketing, digital advertising, and social media campaigns
Ability to manage complex logistics and fulfillment processes
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Experience with rebranding initiatives and managing ongoing brand growth
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with dealership leadership

Successful launch of the new private label within the set timeline
Achievement of sales targets and market share goals for both new and existing private labels
High customer satisfaction with the online shopping and delivery experience
Efficient and scalable fulfillment operations
