JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing & Sales Assistant is responsible for administrative support in the Danbury facility and for the US sales team.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Marketing & Sales Assistant reports to the Manager, Marketing Americas. Select goals and activities are directed by the Vice-President, US Sales. This position bears full responsibility for all agreed upon goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate onsite customer visits and team meetings in the Danbury office. This includes coordination of the meeting agenda, ordering food, scheduling conference rooms & set up, scheduling factory & demo room tours, as well as travel arrangements (reservations for hotels, transportation and restaurants).Coordinate Danbury onsite employee and team building events.Assist with the coordination and planning of select regional and team meetings and training programs in conjunction with Belimo's Event Planner and Training Solutions Department.Maintain customer contact information for customer meetings and events.Partner with Executive Assistant on various projects and events as needed.Provide daily administrative support for the Vice President, US Sales. This includes calendar management (scheduling of select meetings), vacation schedule coordination (time off approvals), and supporting the sales team on various requests.Maintain accurate information on the sales team. This includes the sales team manifest of current positions, address & phone numbers, defined territory responsibilities, and US sales e-mail distribution groups.Responsible for retrieval and distribution of key monthly sales reports, as directed. Generate other reports as neededAdministration of Belimo Platinum Contractor and Distributor Agreements:

Process new Platinum Contractors after approvals by the Regional Sales Manager and VP, US Sales. Collaborate with District Sales Managers in preparing revised agreements.Maintain a complete and accurate archive of fully executed Platinum Contractor and Distributor Agreements.Coordinate approval process for multiplier change requests and initial multiplier approval for new customers.Coordinate approval process for Co-Op Marketing fund requests from Platinum Contractors.

Main point of contact in the Americas for Inside Belimo landing page on internal company website. Maintain and update information and content as needed.Provide back up support for the front reception desk and mail distribution, as needed.Manage stocking, distribution and monthly expenses of Sales promotional items. Track actuals to budget to ensure expenses are maintained according to plan.Maintain and track inventory/shipments of Platinum Distributor Marketing goods. Examples include, but are not limted to: Counter Mats, Counter Stools, Product Demo Unites, etc. Includes site maintenance as needed.Annual Customer holiday gift development and execution.Assist Marketing team with distribution of collateral.Other general administrative support and special projects, as needed including but not limited to: business cards, PGPL mailings (US/International shipments) and the Belimo Holiday card project.REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree preferredMinimum 2-3 years' experience in sales support and/or marketing coordinationProficient in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook), particularly ExcelStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent verbal and written presentation and interpersonal communication skillsStrong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $26 -$31 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee's annual base salary.
