Career Path Development AssociateLHH is seeking a Career Path Development Associate who will play a critical role in shaping and advancing the career development strategies within our Human Resources department. This position is responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aimed at fostering employee growth and career progression. The ideal candidate will have a passion for career development, a strong understanding of training methodologies, and excellent communication skills to effectively support and guide employees through their career paths.Key Responsibilities:Career Development:

Assist in designing and implementing career development programs and resources.Collaborate with HR and managers to address career development needs.Training Coordination:

Support and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.Manage logistics including scheduling and material preparation.?????Employee Support:

Provide career coaching and counseling to employees.Conduct career assessments and offer feedback for growth.Program Evaluation:

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.Recommend improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.Documentation:

Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.Prepare reports on training outcomes and program effectiveness.Collaboration:

Work with HR, managers, and external trainers to align with organizational goals.Communicate career development initiatives to employees.Stay Current:

Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new methods into programs.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training and development role or a similar capacity.Strong understanding of career development principles, training methodologies, and adult learning theories.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with employees at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details:

$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
