Blanchard Valley Hospital is currently looking for a Perm Psychiatrist to join their Inpatient Psych team with both clinic coverage and call (by phone).

Job Description: Option for 75% telehealth (2 days in the office if working 8-hour days. If working 10-hour day, could be 1 day in the office.) Primarily outpatient with inpatient call (Outpatient 95%; Inpatient 5%) 1:6 inpatient phone call during weekdays, 1:6 inpatient rounding on weekends 9-bed inpatient unit, ages 18 and older Joining 3 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners One psychologist, 7 counselors, full support staff and leadership support Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus, remote work and preferred hours Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership Balanced professional and personal lifestyle Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations Time with patients who respect your care Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay Leadership who are invested and seek your input Strong and available subspecialty support Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship EMR: Cerner Open to residents, fellows, and experienced physicians Not accepting Locums providers Not accepting visa candidates Compensation and Benefits:
