Responsibilities:In this position, you will be responsible for some of the following job functions:Daily interaction/troubleshooting for Executive Management TeamSetup/image employee desktop and laptops as part of upgrade migration strategyInstall Software/Hardware for Telephony platform migrationResponding to individual Help Desk requests for IT support issuesUsing IT Help Desk Ticket system to document, prioritize, and track requestsCoordinate setup of new employee resourcesDiagnosing hardware and software related problemsDocumenting systems, processes and/or proceduresDaily interaction with Programming/DBA team membersInstalling/configuring new computers/telephonesInstalling software, patches and rollups to end-user workstationsInstall software on desktops and laptops as required to support business needsTroubleshooting printers/scanners/copiersMaintaining inventory of equipment and supplies (cables, adapters, toner, ink etc.)

Qualifications:Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Desktop Operating System & Productivity SuitesLaptop / Desktop ConfigurationTroubleshooting / Diagnostics of Hardware & SoftwareNew User SetupSoftware InstallationAn IT Service Delivery friendly and positive attitudeBoth experienced and entry level candidates should apply!
