$55-$58/hr. DOEOn behalf of our client, a computer hardware Fortune 500 company, we are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This role requires a strategic business partner who can handle complex administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess exceptional communication abilities.Job Responsibilities:Own and manage the CFO’s schedule, coordinating with C-suite executives and stakeholders across global teams. Prioritize appointments, manage agendas, and assist the Chief of Staff as needed.Plan and organize internal and external meetings, offsites, and company-wide events. Prepare briefing documents and travel packets for business trips.Arrange complex international and domestic travel logistics, including visas and passports. Coordinate with executive technical support for meeting technology needs.Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on special projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategic approaches.Provide mentorship and support to administrative team members, disseminate organizational information, and identify opportunities for team development.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other desktop applications.Experience supporting C-suite executives in a public company, preferably in the high-tech industry.Familiarity with Board Committee interactions is advantageous.Collaborative and team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
