DoorDash is seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead our Supply Strategy & Execution team. Our goal is to create and execute the right supply strategy to improve Supply everywhere, bring incremental Supply-driven volume (GMV), while reducing spend. We are also responsible for ensuring Dashers stay busier and earn more. This central team is responsible for balancing the marketplace, building personalized mobilization levers for our Dashers.About the Role

As the manager for the Supply Strategy & Execution team, you will manage a team of Machine Learning, backend and full stack engineers. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of the team charter. BS, M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or related fieldYou have 2+ years of engineering leadership experience as an EM managing ML, backend & web engineersYou have 7+ years of industry experienceYou’re an owner - driven, focused, and quick to take ownership of your workYou are impact driven - you sign up for and drive high-business impactA strong hands-on technical leader and strong product senseHumble - you’re willing to get into the details and you’re open to feedbackYou have experience navigating ambiguous business problems and tackling high-scale technical challenges.Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
