Description of the role:
The Automotive Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with the purchase of vehicles at Haddad Toyota. They will provide exceptional customer service, guide customers through the sales process, and answer any inquiries related to vehicles and financing options.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
Demonstrate vehicle functionalities and perform test drives
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
Coordinate with the finance team to assist customers with financing options
Ensure timely delivery of purchased vehicles
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, financing options, and promotions
Requirements:
Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software
Valid driver's license
