The

Marketing Coordinator

plays a critical role in executing outbound marketing programs that drive lead generation. Key responsibilities include coordination and deployment of e-mail marketing programs, creation of lead-focused e-mail offers, program reporting, and marketing calendar management. This position reports to the Director of Transaction Marketing and supports the Digital Sales and infrastructure teams across the platform. The successful candidate will not only be well-versed in e-mail marketing best practices, but also can manage multiple projects simultaneously and with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities:

Project manage e-mail marketing program using the department’s existing technology stack.Interface with multiple departments (including the advisors) to turn marketing and campaign plans into actionable e-mail marketing programsCollaborate with other digital team members (social) and the firm’s content team to coordinate execution of marketing programsDevelop and implement successful e-mail marketing programs that drive engagement and lead generation in support of the firm’s corporate, industry, and service marketersSupport list management best practices and list segmentation across the marketing technology stack, create smart lists and supportDevelop and deliver marketing automation metrics; interpret data; and produce reports against KPIsEnhance and communicate e-mail marketing best practicesManage the printing and shipping process for Greysteel’s printed content (postcards, Property Listing materials, brochures, etc.)Own office coordination responsibilities such as Inventory, Facilities, Building Maintenance and coordination with IT as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related course of study is preferredExperience with e-mail marketing campaigns a plusExpertise with database management and marketing automation reportingSuperior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficiency in marketing project management and automation tools (Marketo, Microsoft CRM, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot) a plusExperience working within Salesforce is preferableAdobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign) experience a plus but not required
