Latitude Therapy is looking for an excellent MO licensed BCBA who is ready to engage our growing client base with their knowledge and experience. Please note: This job requires a MO state Behavior Analyst License.
This is an admin position in which the behavior analyst will be overseeing a team. There will be 16 hours billable which can be done in person or remotely. The remainder of the time will be administrative work.
Responsibilities
Supervise all BCBAs on the team
Provide clinical support
Monitor schedules
Assist with Rethink
Conduct fidelity checks on treatment plan writing and supervision
Supervise all RBTs on team
Conduct performance reviews with HR
Work with HR to ensure all team members credentials are up to date
Provide conflict resolution within the team and with clients/families
Assist team with company policies
Meet with BCBAs weekly or biweekly to review cases
Carry caseload of approximately 16 billable hours per week
Lead special projects such as virtual parent training, student supervision, etc.
Ensure staff are completing sessions daily, putting PTO in properly, submitting leave
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA (5 preferred)
Experience supervising others
Experience in parent training
Ability to work independently with support from senior staff
