SAP ECC Developer with S/4 HANA Experience

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ECC Developer with over 10 years of expertise in SAP ECC SD and FICO modules and hands-on experience with S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions, with a strong focus on ECC SD (Sales & Distribution) and FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of SAP ECC solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Work on SAP SD and FICO module configurations, including customization and enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with S/4 HANA.Perform data migration and system upgrades from ECC to S/4 HANA.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ECC SD and FICO processes.Provide technical guidance on SAP development, testing, and deployment.Develop functional and technical specifications for custom developments and interfaces.Ensure SAP best practices are followed, with a focus on performance optimization and system efficiency.Work closely with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.Participate in testing, training, and support activities as needed.
Qualifications:Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC SD and FICO modules.Proven experience in S/4 HANA migration and implementation.Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and logistics execution.Expertise in SAP FICO, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and controlling processes.Solid understanding of integration points between ECC SD, FICO, and other SAP modules.Experience with ABAP programming and SAP enhancement techniques.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within SAP.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.SAP certification in SD, FICO, or S/4 HANA is a plus.
Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 applications.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools for SAP implementation.
