Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year

Job Details

As a Treatment Process Engineer and Technical Subject Matter Expert:

  • Lead projects ranging from minor modifications to complex new facility designs
  • Design and plan water and wastewater treatment processes
  • Ensure project success by monitoring performance, budgets, schedules, and risks
  • Develop project scopes and budgets
  • Mentor junior staff in treatment process project development and delivery
  • Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences throughout project lifecycles
  • Foster a positive team environment aligned with our corporate culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain through reciprocity
  • 15+ years of water/wastewater industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Self-motivation and adaptability, including aptitude for virtual collaboration tools

Preferred:

  • Experience with BioWin wastewater treatment process modeling software
