- $110,000 - $125,000 + Outstanding Benefits PackageIn this role, the IT Infrastructure Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the organization's infrastructure within a Microsoft environment. You'll help spearhead the organizations migration to Microsoft Azure and building out cloud infrastructure. This role will focus on ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure, along with a strategic mindset for driving infrastructure improvements aligned with business goals.Essential Functions:Assist in leading the organizations migration to Azure and building out cloud infrastructure.Lead virtual server migrations to cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime.Administer and optimize VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.Oversee firewall management and ensure network security across sites.Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.Administer Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management.Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.Collaborate with teams for network, storage, and server infrastructure design.Mentoring a small team.Qualifications:Experience with Windows Server Administration.Strong virtual server experience with VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.Experience with backup and disaster recovery implementation, testing, and management.Experience with user administration using Entra ID, Office 365 Admin Portal, Active Directory, Group Policy.Understanding of firewall management, network security, and VPN.Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.Solid understanding of storage solutions, network services, security & updates.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong project management and organizational skills.Bonus Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Azure, including migrations.Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization strategies.Experience using SCCM or InTune.Benefits :100% Company Paid Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceExceptional Retirement Plan4+ Weeks PTOBonus Potential#INSEP2024#LI-NB1#ZRCFSTech
