Responsibilities
•Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner•Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed•Set up interviews with promising candidates and additional skills testing if necessary•Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent•Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
Qualifications
•At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred•B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary•Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must•Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process•Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates
