Responsibilities
Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates.Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information.Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media.Set up interviews with promising candidates and additional skills testing if necessary.Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration.Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent.Requirements
Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates.Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must.Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process.Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel.Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.A hardworking culture that provides work stability and room for career development.
