Quality Assurance Business AnalystOne of our FinTech clients is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Business Analyst to be a great addition to their team. In this role, the Quality Assurance Business Analyst will be focusing on testing and validating their fraud rules and strategies. In this role, the Quality Assurance Business System Analyst will make sure the automated risk decision rules and controls are functioning perfectly.The Quality Assurance Business Analyst will be working closely with our client's awesome fraud risk strategies team, as well as their product and engineering teams, to verify that everything is running smoothly. The Quality Assurance Business Analyst will be developing and executing detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to keep our systems running smoothly. The Quality Assurance Business Analyst will document every step, conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance testing, and validate that our decision rules meet business requirements and standards.This position is going to initially start out on contract but has the potential to go on for several years. This position can also offer a strong compensation package along with Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage along with a 401k planOver 2+ years of programming knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, SCALA, and ANVIL.Excellent at identifying root causes of defects and solving problemsCapable of interpreting complex business logic and translating it into effective test casesExperienced with test automation tools and scripting languages such as Python and JavaWell-versed in agile and DevOps methodologies, especially in continuous testing and integrationStrong understanding of automated business decision rules and decision logic
