This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, and ensuring that IT systems are functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.Technical Support:Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Provide support for operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.Troubleshooting:Identify and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.Document all support activities, including problem resolution steps and outcomes.System Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including updates, patches, and backups.Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT infrastructure.User Training:Assist in the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring workstations.Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and usage of software applications.Inventory Management:Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of new hardware and software.Security:Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.Assist in the management of antivirus software, firewalls, and other security measures.Education:

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field a plusExperience:

1-3 years of experience in an IT support role.Certifications:
