Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Telemetry Job Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty required License: Compact or LA license upon submission Certifications: - Required: BLS, NIH- Preferred: ACLS Must-Have: - COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (medical/religious exemptions accepted)- AHA certifications- Two manager/supervisor references needed for contract clearance- NURSYS reports for RNs up to date (within 4 weeks prior to submission) Job Description: - Manage telemetry unit with night shift ratios of 1:6- Floating required within assigned duties- On-call responsibilities- Every other weekend coverage required- Accepts first-time travelers- Orientation includes 8 hours - RTO must be discussed during interview; failure may lead to rescinded offers- Nurses working as permanent or in-house agency contractors must be separated from the health system for a full year before returning as travelers
