You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into your account.JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:This position supports the marketing department by completing daily tasks related to creating emails, landing pages, project management, and administrative tasks related to marketing software applications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Create event emails, landing pages and other marketing communication using Splash and Hubspot and other design programs.Manage event projects, approvals, and tasks in Workfront.Administrator for multiple business managed applications in Marketing.Support various Marketing teams on special projects.Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials and often working with strategic partners to manage execution of work.Maintains accurate archive of records in accordance with records retention policies.Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing preferredPrevious experience in corporate environmentESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work under stress and meet deadlinesAbility to operate a keyboard if required to perform the essential job functionsAbility to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functionsAbility to travel if required to perform the essential job functionsAbility to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
