Graphic Artist/Copy Tech
in
Newtown, PA, with occasional travel to Princeton, NJ.
The Graphic Artist is responsible for designing and producing various marketing materials, includingpamphlets, posters, and brochures. This person will also handle customer orders and manage project billing on a weekly basis. Additionally, they will be involved in marketing services to external clients.
Responsibilities
Design and produce company pamphlets, posters, brochures, and other promotional materialsComplete customer orders with attention to detail and qualityMaintain high speed digital copy machines, binding machines, and cutting machinesReview final graphic designs and proofread for errorsPackage, mail, and ship orders via US Mail and FedExUsing excel to create estimates and invoices for billing purposesPromote and market services to external entitiesAdditional tasks and responsibilities may be assignedEmployee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigationEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background,central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testingMinimum Requirements
Degree in design, fine arts, or related field is requiredStrong portfolio of design work for print and other mediumsA keen eye for aesthetics and detailsEffectively collaborate with design team using communication skills and be able to navigate and utilize central file sharingAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesKnowledge of Office 365 including word and excel requiredKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suites and other design software requiredValid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving recordHTML and WordPress experience preferredPhotography, motion graphics, videography, and video editing preferredWorking Conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasksOccasional overtime required throughout the yearAbility to lift or move up to 50 poundsWhy Community Options?
