AiLifePay is committed to doing business with ethics and takes pride in inventing algorithms and data governance.As Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer / Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and running Quantum Equilibrium Science Fintech company. This is a high visibility role, where you must understand in detail startups strategic finance needs (cash burn management, forecasting, KPI, investor materials preparation, growth strategies etc.) and play a pivotal role in crafting our strategies. Lead optimizing financial workflows and services with our customers and integrate with the companies future technology partners. A working knowledge of consumer lending, credit risks, data governance, compliances, and financial stability is required.SkillsExperience raising minimum $5M ++ fundingInvestment, Fundraising, Operations, Private EquityPromote trustworthy and high-performance Quantum Fintech platformDemonstrated understanding of wealth planning, credit, banking conceptsIn-depth knowledge of the equity, fixed income markets and alternative investmentsDevelop comprehensive due diligence processes, evaluating legal and financial aspectsOversee Personal and Business Loan (PBLC), Credit Risk (CRC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Finance & Risk (FRC)Advise on investment theories and investment styles, quantitative strategies, and characteristics and changing conditions of U.S. and international marketsIn this role, you willFUNDRAISING AND STRATEGY: 90%Oversee interest rate risk, analysis of credit riskUnderstand LPAs, PPMs, operating agreementsGenerate up to $5M of annual production/net new revenueExecute campaigns to target appropriate institutional investorsProject AiLifePay portfolio considering ethical, regulatory and security guidelinesManage relationships with fund houses, fund administrators, and external stakeholdersManage business development roadmaps, innovation, marketing and Bl tools instrumental to companies’ successUnderstand overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needsLead private equity and venture capital investment activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and portfolio managementLeverage relationships to maintain technical knowledge to ensure tax, audit, legal, information technology, payroll and local, state and national regulations and filing requirements complianceWhat you need to succeedBachelor's Degree required; PhD, MS, MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferredPassionate entrepreneur, have strong business instinctsExperience with fundraising, capital formation and investmentStrong familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuationExperience raising funds with impact angels, VC, institutional investorsFinancial analysis, forecasting, planning, asset management and reportingDeep understanding of SEC laws and regulations, as well as filing requirements
