As a
Human Capital Consultant
at FMP, you will have the unique opportunity to:Apply and enhance your strong technical and/or project management expertise across a broad range of strategic human capital, industrial-organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, learning solutions, and other exciting projectsWork hand-in-hand with our clients to tailor and implement innovative solutions that address each client's particular needsno two clients or projects are alikeDevelop or direct the development of a wide variety of deliverables (e.g. reports, tools, strategic approaches, briefings, or data analyses)Be part of a high performance culture that values client service, freedom, and collaborationRapidly grow in a constantly evolving and entrepreneurial environmentQualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis or Business, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Government Administration or related field, and 4-6 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree in similar field and 2-4 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrated skill in:
Effective communication (oral and written)Being attentive to detailDeveloping positive, professional relationshipsReport writing and document preparationUsing Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Problem solving; analysis; critical thinkingBalancing multiple priorities and tasks
Ability to obtain a security clearancePreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of federal government human capital and/or management practicesPeople and/or project management skillsTraining development and delivery experienceRelated professional certificationDoctorate degree in a field of study relating to data analysis or business, industrial organizational psychology, or human resourcesCurrent security clearance
Pay Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In addition, as a government contractor FMP follows federal guidelines which forbids drug use regardless of individual state laws.
