SeamonWhiteside is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a fast-paced environment in our growing Mount Pleasant, SC Office.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the recruitment life cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate with leadership, recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates to facilitate efficient and effective recruitment processes.

Essential Job Functions

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all SW+ offices.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions including internships.Create and post job listings on various job boards and social media platforms.Arrange and organize on-site and virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers. Provide standardized questions and agendas to interview teams.Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing information about the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.Maintain regular communication with hiring managers, providing updates on the status of candidates and the overall recruitment process.Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, if necessary.Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Generate and distribute recruitment-related correspondence.Generate reports on recruitment metrics and activities as needed.Create new hire offer letters and total compensation documents.Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.Ensure all required new hire documentation is completed and processed accurately.Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and interview guides.Contribute to employer branding initiatives by actively promoting a positive candidate experience and demonstrating the company values in communication and behavior.Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates to include college career fairs.Manage SW+ internship program and coordinate with hiring managers on internship needs.Schedule new hire 30, 60, and 90-day check-inConduct research and stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment tools and technologies.Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:

A minimum of three (3) years of talent acquisition, recruiter, or HR experience required.Required Skills

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a HR role.Proficiency in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.Travel to all SW+ offices once a quarter is required.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy in data management and documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capability to assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Friendly and caring personality with the ability to build relationships quickly.Other Skills/Abilities
