Building Management System Program Manager at CBRE in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Building Management System Program Manager Job ID 183442 Posted 05-Sep-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data & Analytics, Project Management Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America CBRE is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II that is a subject matter expert (SME) in Construction Engineering & Program Management to support CBRE Global Realty Engineering (GRE) on Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) Team. 1. Candidate will use expertise in construction management to review proposals to comply with CBRE's Request for Proposal (RFP), pinpoint scope gaps and avoid potential future change orders. Programs will target reduced to zero change orders. Candidate will use lessons learned in Program Cost Control (PCC) to update client's RFP for future programs. 2. Establishing communication and coordination across a program's 3P contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams. 3. Requesting and reviewing MOPs (Method of Procedure) for proper detail, necessity, and risk. 4. Updating/tracking Gantt Chart with granular tasks required in deployment. EBMS Team has created the Gantt tracking tool as a mechanism to prevent late BMS delivery and allowing for other key stakeholders to have access to progress of program 5. Identify/Tracking/resolving the risks/roadblocks that may occur in the EBMS Retrofit Program. 6. Lead the weekly progress meetings with 3P Contractors, record meeting minutes & distribute to team and log any new action items in Gantt. 7. Identify and lead communications & collaborations with site Ops Tech IT on tasks for EBMS retrofits 8. Identify and lead communications & collaborations with site POCs on kick-off calls, aligning on roles & responsibilities, coordinating construction schedule start dates, coordinating on collecting data for occupied & unoccupied schedules so that EBMS can be programmed for turning equipment off during unoccupied times. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Basic Qualifications: 1. Completed bachelor's degree in 4yr engineering program 2.
