A. Job ResponsibilitiesWithin this role, the Recruiting Coordinator will manage all internship programs and coordinate field and executive recruitment. The Recruiting Coordinator will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company.B. C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers to determine strategic hiring goals, staffing needs and determine qualifications for positions.Engage with key job placement professionals and executive recruiters to hire strategically for the company.Work with hiring managers to create and post job descriptions, review, and analyze resumes, and contact potential candidates to schedule interviews.Desire to communicate to and set clear job expectations for candidates.Review, update and maintain job descriptions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Responsible for maintenance of the applicant tracking system.Manage interview process for mid-level/senior recruitment.Manage web-based recruiting platform. Utilize recruitment software and technology to attract top talent.Welcome new employees to the company by planning and implementing on-boarding and organizing employee orientation.Coordinate and administer all aspects of the college co-op/internship program and work closely with Managers and Supervisors within the organization to ensure its success.Develop relationships with key local universities to attract candidates to the company for both co-op/internships and full-time employment.Coordinate and participate in college/career fairs.Familiarity with social media and the internet to leverage recruiting efforts.Assist with other tasks as needed

E. Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources or other related degree or experience equivalent preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive Recruiting experience preferably in a Construction Industry.Expert level in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams...).Experience using Applicant Tracking software (Jazz HR, preferred)Proficiency in written and spoken English.Demonstrated strong communication skills in oral and written communications.
