We are 900+ people strong and growing!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWithin a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities:DEI Program Support (50%)Cross-collaborates with our People & Culture teams on identifying trends through data, create visual reports, and share with the leadership team and makes recommendations for organizational improvements based upon metrics and analysis.Collaborates with all divisions and departments on specialized DEI workshops, programs, and events. Contributes to organization-wide learning initiatives and knowledge management related to systemic racism and structural inequities, including facilitating group discussions.Supports the Director of DEI to create Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Serve as a liaison to ERGs. Assist ERG leaders and their committees in their facilitation of DEI-related activities, including regular meeting planning and assistance with organizing internal and external events.Creates a culture of respect and safe space for culturally, socially, and ethnically diverse employees for authentically inclusive dialogues and sharing personal narratives and experiences.Partners with the Communications team to develop and implement a DEI-specific communications strategy and plan, including leading monthly programming for identity-focused holidays and celebrations for our internal and external audiences and update and maintain our internal and external DEI websites.Provides proactive strategic guidance to shape and implement agency-wide programs and activities to support identified goals and objectives.Identifies, recommends, and tracks reasonable short and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks via key performance indicators (KPIs) for the agency's DEI initiatives.Supports the Director of DEI to develop key DEI initiatives to measurably impact CCRC's workforce, clients, partners, and the agency's reputation.DEI Liaison (25%)Builds strong internal relationships with all levels of CCRC's management and employees to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of our DEI strategy.Creates relationships with and stays connected to influential DEI professionals, networks, and academic communities to learn and share best practices and innovations. Attend conferences to expand knowledge about current DEI trends, effective strategies, and approaches.Acts as change champion by providing continuous training, coaching, and guiding leadership to build cultural competence.

Communicates new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams.Program Compliance and Administrative (25%)Coordinates and attend all essential meetings.Maintains accurate records, input data, and submits reports in a timely manner. Maintains a system of confidentiality for all data, records, and information including employee survey and engagement data, employee's personal narratives, stories, and experiences.Job SpecificationsMinimum RequiredEducation:

Bachelor's degree with focus on Human Resource Management, or Organizational Development, Diversity or Multicultural Studies, Sociology, Social Justice, or related field.Experience:

3+ years of experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at an organization.Technical Requirements :

Must have intermediate technology skills specifically using Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite.

Travel : This position requires 10% of travel.

Travel will involve attending meetings, trainings, CCRC sponsored events, and conferences locally a few times a month. May use CCRC company vehicles, when available or personal vehicle and will be subject to Driver Management Policy requirements (i.e., valid California Driver's License, automobile insurance and a clean driving record required).Work Schedule : Full time, typically M-FWork environment:

This position works on a hybrid schedule combining remote work and in office work environment; ambient temperature and noises, indoors when in office.Background & Health Clearance Requirements:
