What you will do:

Configure and support on-premises hardware and softwareConfigure and support cloud-based hardware and softwareAnswer clients' technical questionsKeep clients informed about the progress and status of their service requestsTroubleshoot technical problemsChange configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issuesInstall software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed

You will Bring these Qualifications

Technical Support Experience: 3-5 Years (Preferred)Bachelor's degree: (Preferred)Experience working with AzureExperience working with Microsoft 365Experience working with HP Devices: (Preferred)Ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentUnderstanding of computer systems and networksKnowledge of security and data privacy principlesMust be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
