See the big picture beyond assigned scope of work, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide your work.Use proven concepts and expertise to manage complex problems independently, navigating through ambiguity.Partner as trusted advisor to the business on complex organizational challenges and manage people-related solutions.Over time, understand every aspect of the business and contribute as a thought-leader regarding People and Organizational topics.Increase impact and ability to expand on the scope of responsibility and take on additional responsibilities with increased complexity.Comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases, reinvents how work is done.Reinforce a performance management strategy that provides clarity of direction, reliable measurement, and clear feedback – leading to mutual accountability.Proactively partner with the business on complex organizational challenges and manage people-related solutions.Use analytics to guide your work, providing insights to clients regarding their organization and able to build tactics in response to the trends.Partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, engage, and retain talent.Partner with Business Leadership and People team to ensure consistency in approach, message, and execution using proven tools.From the People BP role, lead the implementation of major changes on people and the organization for assigned clients.Collaborate with other BPs to ensure the cross-functional impacts are understood and you are able to guide the team to viable solutions.Consistently deliver outcomes with cross functional impact. May lead and/or significantly influence teams and/or projects with cross functional participants.Partner with People Team – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, People Operations and HRIS to ensure life cycle transactions are managed in an organized and consistent manner using proven tools and assessments.Commit to continuous improvement in People team processes and initiatives taken to streamline and improve how our team operates to be more impactful.Manage the delivery of cyclical programs to business clients in a seamless manner ensuring consistency across BPs and our People team.Partner with client groups to support all year-end initiatives including performance documentation, ratings, and compensation recommendations.Consult to provide guidance and input on organization design, restructuring and resource optimization initiatives – including change implications.Skilled in managing employee relations issues including participation in internal investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.Other duties may be assigned.What Sets You Apart:

This role is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday.Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, equity grants, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
