Procurement ManagerThe Opportunity:

As a Procurement Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Procurement Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll collaborate with the Program Management Office and Booz Allen's Global Supply Chain team to meet all contract procurement requirements and standards. You'll work with key stakeholders to identify and define procurement requirements, timelines, and constraints, coordinating the acquisition of goods and materials for the program, seeking value added opportunities and cost savings. You'll help with tactical planning using program management tools and regular interactions with the Program Management Office and technical leaders.

You Have:

Experience collaborating with project managers and key stakeholders across the program to identify and clearly define procurement requirements, timelines, and constraints.

Experience coordinating the acquisition of goods and materials for the program.

Ability to identify and seek value added opportunities and cost savings or increased speed in the procurement process.

Ability to apply communication expertise to convey meaningful insights to complex issues and explain findings to teammates and executives.

Ability to apply excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, evaluating options for action, and providing thoughtful recommendations at a strategic level.

Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in recommendations to solve business problems.

Ability to pay strict attention to detail.

TS/SCI clearance.

Bachelor's degree.

Nice If You Have:

Experience operating in high-risk, OCONUS environments.

Experience coordinating with clients on procurement activities.

Knowledge of C6ISR collection, analysis, and intelligence production to meet stakeholders across the program.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
