Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Government Procurement regulations/policies. Drive competitive category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost, dual sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/Single Source elimination. You will manage Supplier Performance to support the D&S business and ensure supply continuity. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations.Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/NFARS and Aerospace PoliciesDevelop and execute Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategiesLeaders within function and business to the overall Business strategy and drive resultsLead GCOE Strategies to align to business needsEnsure Relationship development and management with key Supplier LeadershipsBuild a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talentAlign with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Honeywell BusinessesManage and improve sourcing processes and performance through an effective management operating systemManage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformationSupport integrations of Mergers and Acquisitions and RepositioningU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

5+ years FAR/DFARS experience in procurement/sourcing10+ years, Supply Chain ExperienceDemonstrated problem solving skills; including ability to identify root cause and systematically fix root cause (DMAIC / RCCA / Six Sigma)WE VALUE
Extensive experience in procurement and sourcingComplex and Large Project Management and/or Contract Management ExperienceProfessional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract ManagementDemonstrated Business and financial acumenExperience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management ToolsExperience with Six Sigma and Lean ToolAerospace industry experienceLeadership experience with large teamsHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
