Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with FAR/DFARS/NFARS and Aerospace PoliciesDevelop and execute Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategiesLead GCOE Strategies to align to business needsEnsure Relationship development and management with key Supplier LeadershipsBuild a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talentAlign with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Honeywell BusinessesManage and improve sourcing processes and performance through an effective management operating systemManage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformationSupport integrations of Mergers and Acquisitions and Repositioning

YOU MUST HAVE5+ years FAR/DFARS experience in procurement/sourcing10+ years Supply Chain ExperienceDemonstrated problem solving skills; including ability to identify root cause and systematically fix root cause (DMAIC / RCCA / Six Sigma)
WE VALUEExtensive experience in procurement and sourcingBachelor's degree, Master's degree preferredComplex and Large Project Management and/or Contract Management ExperienceProfessional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract ManagementDemonstrated Business and financial acumenExperience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management ToolsExperience with Six Sigma and Lean ToolAerospace industry experienceLeadership experience with large teams
