Mission:
Create a productive work environment that fosters increased operational functionality and financial results of operations of the collection company (potentially with multiple locations) and a Material Recovery Facility. The responsibility includes ensuring safe operations through our drive to zero, cost effective maintenance of equipment, driving improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, service quality, and creating a culture that retains employees and creates a healthy workplace environment with the entire team.
Outcomes:
Have a trusting relationship with operations team and recruit, manage and develop drivers, operators, and other personnel.
Develop and establish rapport with office and operations teams while maintaining appropriate staffing functions (hiring, firing, development). Have systems and standards in place that drive safety results, track and optimize productivity, exceed metrics and performance targets, and deliver an effective return on assets.
Exemplify outstanding customer satisfaction through effective standards, communication, commitment to service excellence, and problem-solving.
Encourage and enforce company core values of Safety, Unwavering, Respect, Growth, and Experience through monitoring safety policies and practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Reporting of Metrics
Coordinate, communicate, and schedule 3rd Party Maintenance when needed.
Oversee routes and coordinate scheduling of incoming and out bounding loads.
Work with established management team in planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations that meet and exceed our company standards and customers’ expectations.
Manage overall profits and losses.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree coupled with 5 years or more years of experience in management.
Experience in the waste industry preferred.
Proven track record in driving outcomes as outlined above.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Desirability to build, maintain, and lead a successful team.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
