The esteemed Oklahoma Heart Institute (OHI) in Tulsa

is searching for a well-trained, passionate

structural heart imager to add to our comprehensive structural heart program.

The focus will be on structural heart TEE imaging, including intra-procedural TEE imaging as well as pre-procedure TEE evaluation for structural heart patients. OHI offers all commercially available transcatheter therapies for aortic, mitral, and tricuspid disease (TAVR, M-TEER, TTVR, T-TEER) and is also a leading enroller in multiple structural heart clinical trials evaluating transcatheter therapies for valve disease and heart failure. Therefore, the structural heart imager can expect to be busy in their role and have the opportunity to refine and grow their skillset through interactions with expert imagers and echocardiography core laboratories from major clinical trials. There is also the potential for future leadership roles in structural heart clinical trials that OHI participates in. Additional roles/functions for this position include participation in the multidisciplinary Valve Clinic and Valve Conference. If the imager has expertise in structural heart CT interpretation, there is an opportunity to read this modality as well.About this Non-Invasive Structural Heart Imaging Cardiologist:A forward-thinking, passionate, engaging cardiac imager and clinical cardiologist who is interested in working in a comprehensive, high-quality, multidisciplinary structural heart center. We see referrals to Structural Heart and Valve clinics from many locations around Tulsa, including a sizeable referral population from practices in neighboring cities and states. This includes referrals for simple/straightforward valve issues to very complex cases. The hospital culture mimics the clinic culture as outlined above. We have a comprehensive, multidisciplinary cardiology practice with all cardiology services offered. Different cardiology divisions (EP, heart failure, vascular) work together in a collaborative fashion to provide excellent patient care.
