We are seeking a SharePoint Development Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the SharePoint platform, overseeing the design, development, and support of internal SharePoint systems. This role will be pivotal in defining and delivering innovative solutions, managing the SharePoint infrastructure, and crafting system designs to support the client's business initiatives.Client DetailsA Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.DescriptionDevelop and implement solutions and designs to support business-technology initiatives, including both backend and frontend components to enhance SharePoint system capabilities.Provide technical and analytical guidance by defining business and technical requirements, creating solution designs, and leading the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions.Lead technical design and development efforts, including evaluating and troubleshooting system architecture, components, and programming frameworks, while playing a key role in technical decision-making.Manage and maintain SharePoint system environments, ensuring effective technical analysis, design, and implementation of models, prototypes, and data-driven architectural and functional testing.Shape strategy, methodology, and standards for SharePoint solutions, including creating portals, workflows, and coding constructs, while providing technical governance and ensuring security across the SharePoint environments.THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID POSITION - REQUIRING ONSITE AVAILABILITY IN EDISON, NJ AND OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO NYC.Profile12+ years of experience in SharePoint 2016 architecture, design, development, and implementation, including best practices for information architecture, workflows, and mobile applications.Extensive experience with the Microsoft Technology Stack, including .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, and ASP.NET, along with Microsoft SharePoint technologies such as SharePoint Designer, Portals, and Web Part Development.Proficient in web and portal design, development, and content management, with strong skills in user experience interface design, navigation, and Angular.Experienced in utilizing source management control tools for development, staging, testing, and production environments.Skilled in project management, technical design, programming, and translating business requirements into technical specifications, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems or a related field, with Microsoft SharePoint Certification (MCSE/MCSD) and experience in integrating with backend systems, component-based applications, web services, and data access development.Job OfferThis position offers great pay and benefits!Apply today using the link and your resume will be reviewed within 24 hours!MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
