As an Events Assistant at TMZ Events, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of our high-profile events. You will support the Events Manager in all aspects of event coordination, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for events will help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are in place.Manage event calendars, schedules, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.Prepare event materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional items.Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.Coordinate post-event activities, including feedback collection and reporting.Maintain communication with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the event process.Assist in budget management and expense tracking for events.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
