Human Resources Director
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Director is to manage the full employee life cycle for the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential Duties:
Recruit staff members; conduct background checks; maintain all files; and manage and resolve complex employee relations issues for your facility.
Act as a strategic partner between various departments, employees, and administrators to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more.
Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, and company policies in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:
Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
Detail-oriented, computer literate, and possesses excellent communication skills.
