We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction of our human resources function, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals. The VP HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment to retention, and everything in between. This is a permanent position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and risk management.Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company is always at the forefront of industry standards.Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.Lead the development of performance management systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and advice to management on how to address them effectively.Collaborate with the executive team to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.Experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition strategies.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology systems.Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to grow and make a difference in our industry.
